How do I fix this ceramic napkin holder? - fixing broken ceramic sink
I broke a towel rail and ceramic are not a hot glue gun. What other ways are there to solve? And I need a solution as quickly as possible.

A glue gun is not a permanent solution. Try to make a sort of base, such as Zap cyanoacrylate glue or crazy glue that can be purchased at your local store. Go with one that is thickened as a sort of gateway. They immediately bond skin, so be careful. You need to keep in place for several minutes until the glue completely stopped.
Super Glue Gel works best in something like that.
Contact adhesive (brand name) is for such material.
